Question Failed to load hardware monitor driver

hi, im getting the error "failed to load hardware monitor driver! this program must run as administrator" while trying to install drivers and programs from a CD that came with my motherboard. i have the only account on the computer and it is an admin. ive tried turning integrity checks off and on like most forum posts/videos are doing to fix it, but it didnt work for me. and i know someones going to comment "just go to the manufacturers website and download from there" but there is a 1 year free trial for a program that comes on the disk.

What program is it? Have you looked to see if program is listed in utilities on MSI website?

I would install all the other drivers from motherboard website as they will be newer than what you have now on DVD.
