I've been trying to reset my computer and it keeps failing. I tried to reset it from the Update & security -> recovery, but that didn't work. I also tried with a a windows.iso on a cd but it also failed. As a last resort i tried to reset it through pressing win + F10, didn't work.

Possible useful info:
Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Swedish language and time
Multiple Hard drives
(More info will be added if told to)

Thanks in advance!

May I ask what is the reason why you need to reset windows 10 home edition 64 bit for.
Is it infected with a virus, or has it become unstable when running for some reason.

If you never created a back up restore or recovery image when you first installed windows 10 via a clean fresh install of windows 10 OS,or upgraded the previous Os installed for example like windows 8.1 to windows 10 using the upgrade option.

The option to do so is only available for up to 30 days after windows 10 is installed or you upgraded for example from windows 8.1.

After the 30 days of use or running windows 10 the option to downgrade back to the prior os is disabled Nole.

Solution

I managed to fix it through clicking the "Learn more about starting fresh with an installation of windows" (or something like that) I reinstalls the windows but remembers the key. For now all seems to be fine. Thanks anyway for your input!
