Failed to to connect to Minecraft Server Disconnected Solution

Yeah I'm getting this message whenever I try to connect to my Minecraft Server, it says that it failed to connect to server and that it was disconnected, is there a possible solution for this?

1) make sure you are connected to the internet

2) check if you are using a firewall which is blocking it.

3) check that the server is running when you join and that it has not crashed.

If this dosent help tell me if your using a server hoster or not.

if not check if you are port forwarding or whatever way you are using to connect properly.
