Failed to Transfer File

I was transferring my pictures to my computer. But, i accidently disconnected my USB. Now, one item can't be deleted. What can i do to delete or fix it?

You could try installing unlocker - http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/unlocker.html
I find that I sometimes have the same issues where for some reason Windows 7 thinks the file is locked.
I run this, if it can't delete the file immediately it will flag it to be deleted at the next boot.
