Failed Update Firmware code 18/ Sandisk SSD Ultra 2

I'm trying to update the firmware of my sandisk ultra 2 ssd through Sandisk SSD dashboard but every time I click update it says "This operation failed with error code:18"


What should I do?

well, if the drive is still working, backup, if it is not working, and still under warranty, use the warranty
