failing gfx card

I have an GTX 680 bought in china, and running it on a european motherboard. It runs perfect on the drivers that came with it (ver 335.23).

But now i tried updating the drivers, and they keep on crashing my gpu.

It's a fake card with flashed bios of a different older card. as you can see from the sticker on the back from this view http://nl.tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2gsqpoh&s=8#.VceKdektC70 the 680 did not have DDR3 it had GDDR5 and was 256-bit not 384
