Failing Memory or Motherboard?

So I've been getting bluescreen crashes about once a day for the last month or so, 'IRQ not less than or equal to' or something like that. I ran Memtest on each stick of ram individually and in pairs, and they all generate errors on the tests "Moving inversion, ones and zeroes" and "Moving inversion, 8bit pattern". I'm using 2 Sticks of 1GB Kingston HyperX DDR2-667 and 2 1GB HyperX DDR2-800, running the whole thing at 667 (couldn't buy the 667's when I went to upgrade). Is it more likely that something's wrong with the motherboard, or all the DIMMs? All the parts are fairly new.

Most likely the RAM you bought requires a higher-than-standard DIMM/RAM voltage to operate properly. Look on the side of each module - there should be a voltage listed there. Take the biggest of all the voltages and set your DIMM/RAM voltage to that in the BIOS.
