Question failling gpu

Since a couple of months ive been having some issues with my system.
i suspect its my msi rtx 2080 gaming x trio thats faulty.
ive been experiencing boot problems where the screen freezes and monitor losses signal at the windows loading screen.
after a few times trying to reboot and getting automatic repair it boots, somethimes i get a bluescreen saying: video.tdr.failure
somethimes my screen goes black, everything looks normal fans still spinning rgb is still on but no response.
when the screen goes black my mobo gives me error code 90.
in games i experience random framedrops, my temps are perfect so i figured that couldnt be the problem.
nothing is overclocked.
does anyone have an idee of what could be the problem with my system?

Could be video card, could be power supply, contact MSI support and see what they say, or try another known good quality power supply in your system, try your card in another system with a good power supply.

Is the thermaltake smart rgb a bad powersupply? Is there a chance its the ssd, since the boot problem happens the most. I have to reboot like 5 times to get in windows. Altough it gives error code 90 which has something to do with pci e.
