"Failure configuring Windows updates. Reverting changes. Do not turn off your computer" error when you try to install Windows updates.

I need help, I have a windows 8 laptop and nothing I've done or tried has helped, I cant get any school work done.

Sorry about your troubles.

Reboot the computer and repeatedly press F8, choose safe mode and press enter.

See if you can get to the desktop.
