I had this problem a few years ago but do not remember how i solved it. Some of of our laptops (and both our cell phones ) work on connection to our wireless router and some don't: including a tablet as well as a win 10 and win 11 laptop and our Samsung TV.

On the laptops, I checked functionality of the lan card and the settings: they do seem ok. I then checked the password as well as the network name and those check out.
I just can't figure what changed or what has gone wrong.

We are using a Verizon wireless router which seems to be working fine - it does only have one channel as far as I can tell.....sometimes that can be an issue.

Any ideas?
Thanks!

Is this a consistent problem for specific devices or is it random across devices? Meaning: Does tablet "A" always fail or is it tablet "A" today and tomorrow it is laptop "B" ?
