Failure to connect

I have a laptop, running Win 10 that will let me log into my ISP network, but will not allow me to go further, such as my account or email, I input name and password, the screen blinks and returns to the login screen without any error. Tried 3 different browsers. Same results.Move to q different computer, and all works just fine.This happened on the laptop when it www running Win 8.1 and continues after going to Win 10. Any suggestions? Thanks !
Update:
I now find that the Edge browser (only) works just fine.
MS Explorer and Firefox continue to allow top site login, but no deeper accounts.

Create a new user account, test on that laptop from that new account, you may have a corrupt registry entry.
