[SOLVED] Faint grey line comes and goes in Start Menu with RX 580 installed ?

So I'm not sure when this started happening but here's a Gyazo I'm unsure why my mouse looks black but let's ignore that for now

Here is the issue when scrolling through the list of programs I see like a very faint grey line at the start of a word like for instance lets use "Windows System" and sometimes in between the words like WinRAR.

Maybe try rolling back the GPU drivers first ? Revert your current AMD GPU driver to an earlier/older version, and then re-test the GPU and your current OS. But do a CLEAN re-install of the GPU drivers. use this DDU tool, if required, thought it's not always necessary.

Btw, what about other apps or games on your system ? Do they exhibit the same behavior ? How do they perform ?

@Metal Messiah. It happens on my laptop too so I'm assuming it is a windows issue itself

Okay. So the LAPTOP has an Nvidia/intel GPU ? It could be an OS issue as well. That's why I'm still rocking the good 'ol Windows 7 OS on my rig, given how problematic Windows 10 OS updates have been lately.

@Metal Messiah. No the CPU is has a Ryzen Graphics so its AMD as well I don't have it powered on right now to tell you excatly which one

But it can only handle the built in amd driver that came installed as it only has 4GB of ram and 500GB Hard drive
