Question faint horizontal line on dell monitor ???

hi i just noticed today my dell has a very faint black line going across it its kinda hard to notice but on a white screen u can see it. i tried changing screen resolution and took plugs out, also pluged my pc into tv and no black lines so dont think its my hardware any ideas?

if its not PC or the cables, then it might be your monitor.
