Faint Horizontal Lines

He guys i'm having this is issue where i'm saying faint horizontal lines on my right side of my monitor and the color is a tad bit off but at the same time i'm not experiencing the issue on my other monitor. This just started happening yesterday and i have no idea whats going on. My only thought is that my monitor getting to that point of just not working anymore. I've had the monitor for about 3 years now the monitor is a Dell u2312HM Digital DVI. If i need to add anymore info please let me know.

what ports do both monitors have & what cable is used on other monitor?

My main monitor has a vga and dvi port and my secondary monitor has a vga port. My main is using a dvi and second is using vga

try the dell by itself using the vga instead dvi to see if still have that issue.
