Faint white static lines on my monitor

Every time I attempt to play a game on my rig there are faint white lines all over the screen. They can be static or just seem to be going down my monitor

My monitor is an Asus VS248H-P and the only thing I have next to it is a router and a house phone base

Check the cable connecting the monitor to your graphics card. On both ends the pins should not be missing or bent.

No pins are bent or broken

I am using an EVGA 770

Set the card to run at 1046Mhz core clock and 7008Mhz memory clock.

And then try a game.

Use MSI Afterburner to change the graphics card settings.

After that what do I do to change it

Move the core clock and memory clock sliders to the left until they show 1046 and 1752 respectively. Then click Apply.
