I'm doing the Havish fake glass quest in Khuul. I dived under the boat and
got the journal entry about red cloth. I think I talked to everyone in
town, but I can't get any info. What am I missing? I spoke to Irgola before
I went to Khuul. Did that mess things up?

The guy who told me about the red cloth was in a
shack near the docks....don't know how many
people know in the game or if speaking to Irgola
first hinders/helps things. Many of the Havish
quests have more than one level of solution.

Thanks for the resonse. I have talked to everyone in Khuul, but red cloth
isn't coming up in the dialog boxes, although I do have a journal entry.
I've completed all the other Havish quests, except for this and the remainng
thieves guild quests. Maybe i'll have to wait until I start a new
character.

By the way, thanks for all the mod reviews.

The conditions for the "red cloth" dialog are:

* In Khuul
* This journal entry:
"There were no chests under the ship. Someone took the skooma before I
came. I found some strips of red cloth though, seems like the skooma
thief has worn a red robe. Maybe someone in Khuul knows more."

If both these two conditions are satisfied but the topic still doesn't
come up, try this in the console:

addtopic "red cloth"

Now try talking to someone in Khuul again.
If it *still* fails after this, you probably got a dialog conflict with
another mod. You can proceed with the quest by doing in the console:

Journal ZH_TG_S2_Glass 30

This is what would happen if you talked about "red cloth". The actual
dialog which you wouldn't see in this case says exactly what that
Journal entry reads:

"Someone with red clothes? A robe... Well, yes there was this woman... A
bunch of drunkards hung about at the docks yesterday, among them a woman
in a red robe. They left to the southwest. Last time I saw them, they
were near the Seran Ancestral Tomb."

(In case you have to resort to using setting the Journal yourself in the
console, so you don't miss that dialog.)

Thanks. I had to do the journal entry and then it crashed, but now I can
complete the quest. I found the skooma theives
