Fake RAM for looks?

I am looking to make my pc look nicer by placing "fake" ram in the unused slots. What I mean by this is; are there ram place holders? I am also looking to buy heatsinks that are red so it matches the theme of my build. Do such items exist?
I need 240pin Ddr3 fake ram dims if they do exist.

I have 8 Gigs of Ram and I do not need more. I just want it for looks. What happens if I use broken Ram? Could I disable the slots in the bios? I have a gigabyte 990 fxa ud3 rev 4

You could use defective memory modules, but you should cut all tracks near the contacts to ensure they won't cause issues.

Use an Exacto or a sharp tool to cut the copper tracks near the connector pads so that there will be no connections with the motherboard.
