Fake security center icon?

So log on this morning and find out that the security center icon has turned into a low resolution one much similar to a fake one. It doesn't, however, report hundreds of viruses. Is this normal?

hundreds of viruse, no, that not normal. Do a Full scan.

Well, i did. Nothing significant though.

significant as in zero or something? try to download other free scanner to to make sure. AVG, avast, ​Malwarebytes, Avira, Super Anti-Spyware
