Fall Guys 100% CPU but not using GPU (SOLVED)

Everytime i open up Fall Guys it's on 5 Fps and 100% CPU but on other games such as Valorant, Roblox Max Settings its alright? No 100% cpu consistently only on Fall Guys as it seems. Other games utilize both my cpu and gpu while fall guys seems to hog my cpu to 100% reaching temps from 83 degrees to 90 degrees.

What could be causing this?

CPU cooler: Intel Stock
Motherboard: Prime H410M-E
Ram: 1x DDR4 HyperX Fury RGB
SSD/HDD : KINGSTON 240 GB with 1 TB HDD SEAGATE
GPU: GTX 1050 Ti (*note that i also reinstalled my gpu drivers with ddu didnt work*)
PSU: SilverStone 600W 80 Plus Rated White (*3 Years*)
Chassis: DarkFlash Pollux Case
OS: Windows 10
Monitor: 165 Hz Monitor
this doesnt occur to other games like Valorant, Roblox, Rocket League so i dont know what could be affecting this.

EDIT: It also used to ran at 60 fps or more back then.

Nothing wrong with your system. The CPU spike is caused due to Easy Anti-cheat/EAC software.

But what would explain the 5 fps?
And my cpu was constant 100% utilization to 80% back to 100% it didn't use my gpu it was chilling at around 45 degrees and not utilizing

OR is it possible that this game has a bug and thats the only logical reason i can come up to.

Because Valorant, Roblox, Rocket League, CSGO are all good so i think this is their game's problem ig?

I don't really know what could be causing this.

I found the cause for the issue it was due to a faulty gpu driver.
