fallout 3 archive invalidation rash

I recently purchased fallout 3 goty on steam and I went to set the archive invalidation to 1. It work's without any mods installed but as soon as I installed one mod I crash. I need help

If you want to get help, post some actual info.
What mod did you install, PC specs, etc, and what do you mean by setting Archive invalidation to 1? Run archive invalidation invalidated, all there is to it.

The mod I installed was the dragon skin tactical outfit and the leather back pack mod. PC specs: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/zilla427/saved/Np2bt6
The reason i need to run it validated is for mod textures.

I fixed it it was a conflict with the dragonskin outfit
