fallout 4 30fps gtx 1060 6gb

i recently just build a pc with an intel pentium g4560 8gb ddr4 and 450w psu i just started playing gta v on high settings i get 90fps so which is good but on fallout 4 even on low settings i set i get minimum of 30fps i set on high settings i get still 30fps

Unfortunately a pentium is well below what's required for Fallout 4 to run smoothly.

From what I've seen, the G4560 should be plenty capable of playing FO4, especially if you pull back a notch on a few CPU-intensive settings (god rays...). What is the rest of your system? What resolution are you playing at? It's strange that you're fine in GTA5 but not fine in FO4, since they seem to perform similarly in general. Is it something to do with half refresh rate Vsync with a 60hz monitor or 30fps maximum set with framerate smoothing or ini/bat/xml/something file tweak related?

right now im using tv with 30hz in few days im buying a monitor im playing at 1080p even tho i set quality to low i still get same 30fps

Sounds like Vsync is enabled in game. There's no other reason for it to cap itself at 30fps unless it's either half refresh rate vsync for a 60hz display or full refresh vsync for a 30hz tv, just like yours.

fallout 4 has v-sync force enabled, because if it runs faster than 90 FPS, the game actually runs faster, you gain like super speed and stuff.
your tv is holding you back.

Yeah, limit your framerate to something like 60 through the graphics driver and disable the internal vsync (iPresentInterval=0 in the FalloutPrefs.ini) if you are really eager to get higher framerates but want to avoid glitching physics.

i dont know what happen after reinstalling the game im hitting 50fps on high settings in diamond city
