Fallout 4 Bug, Help Please!

So this bug is turning my pip boy invisible not allowing me to sprint and a few other things. If I use the command player.inv I have an item called Atom Cats Power Armor Frame or something very similar to that and my game basically is thinking i'm in power armor when i'm not. So if I exit a power armor suit i'm in I can't use my pip boy sprint get a haircut and a few other things like that I have no idea how to fix this and there is no way i'm reverting to a previous save as I would lose 20+ hours of gametime if any one has any idea how to fix this help would be very much appreciated.

Don't you have any auto-saves that should be only like maybe 20-40 minutes ago?

Auto saving and reloading does not work.

Have you tried removing the item from your inventory?

Yes I did try that, does not work
