Hi, i couldn't play fallout 4 and i am disappointed my game is Genuine and i have not messed to much with the files but every single time i play fallout 4 my game would be on 60 fps then i could play for like 1 minute fast travel and stuff after that i will crash then receive this message on the bottom Right Driver 359.06 has stopped working.

I don't know what caused this, the only way to fix it was to put on window mode and use the lowest resolution possible which is annoying, i also have to lower the graphic settings to the lowest.

i found a fix tho but it was temporary i had the 30 fps thing i got from nexus and after i installed 30 fps mod i could play the game straight for hours with 0 problems, i wish i could play it at 60 but i had to at 30 my game would crash very rarely at that times maybe like every 5 hours.

Specs :
Gigabyte Z87-D3HP
Palit GTX 770 Jetstream 2 GB
8 GB Ram
1 TB HDD
i5 - 4670k
Windows 10 Home 64 bit.

This is also the Same with GTA 5 i have no idea why, other games work fine.

I have not played Fallout4, so, forgive question if not applicable, but, are you playing online? (Sometimes a higher framerate will then lag out the server yiour are connecting with, as it cannot keep up, causing lower framerates to give better playing experience....)

If you play offline/ singleplayer and are having the same stuttering/crashing issues, then, not relevant.....

what do you mean online? i don't see an online mode for fallout 4 also i'm not looking for a fix to boost my frames i'm looking for a fix to help me with this CTD.

Also rather than downloading a fps cap mod from nexus you could;
right click on your desktop,
go to nvidia control panel,
manage 3d settings,
select fallout 4 from the drop down menu,
find the option for vertical sync,
selecting "adaptive (half refresh rate)" will cap your fps to 30
selecting "adaptive" will cap your fps to 60

this works for most games as far as I know

Thanks so much, i can play fallout 4 now but i'm still looking for a solution so i can get rid of this problem permanently , again it also does the same with GTA 5 not other games.

I Don't think that would work, it started before i installed new windows 10 and graphics drivers and it also happened when i installed windows 10, deleted the old drivers, installed the new drivers.
