Fallout 4 F4SE not working with mod organizer

hello,

my problem is, is that when i launch f4se with mod organizer, a black window appears which is the f4se loader but nothing happens, it doesn't load fallout 4.

*i have been looking around on the internet for a fix but i can not find one at all.

Try right clicking on the game Icon, and selecting run as Admin.

You can also edit the fallout 4 config file found in the fallout 4 folder.
You sometimes end up with a black window when the resolution settings in the F4 config file are set to high.
