So, recently I got back on my Fallout 4, I made new game, had same mods as my last game (Which also had this problem) Basically when I hold the small button to open the workshop to build, everything is gone, except modded items, ever vanilla item to build is GONE! And Im not sure what to do, should I disable my mods that have anything to do with building?

We are more a PC forum and I don't own a console so I can't help you there. Glad you figured it out though.

LOOT is the Load Order Optimization Tool. It checks mods for compatibility and rearranges the load order to prevent conflicts. PC only though I believe. 😉

Console mods should be the same as PC in that some mods just won't work with others. It took me 3 complete install and uninstalls before I got modded Skyrim working the way I wanted last year.
I haven't played Fallout 4 with mods yet but I have played modded New Vegas and Skyrim and not all mods play nice with each other. Sometimes there is a learning curve. That's especially true with Skyrim. Also even load order can cause a mod to break. Does LOOT work with Fallout 4?

Does what? Whats LOOT? I think I posted it in the wrong category, this is for xbox one, but it was working a while ago, haven't really changed any of my mods, so I think my mods broke each other because I have like, a lot of furniture mods, so I think they all broke each other, and broke the game, because every vanilla item is gone, like everything not mod related in workshop is gone, so I think ill try to deactivate all the ones I have that change anything in the workshop....

Okay! So I deactivated all my mods that did anything to my workshop, and everything was back when I joined the game, I saved, quit, then went back into the game... And all the vanilla stuff IS GONE. Ugh I guess ill just deactivate one and see if it works...

I FOUND OUT THE PROBLEM! Its a mod called Unlocked Settlement Objects.. I think it was just messing the game up, its a nice mod, but recently it was updated so I think that update ruined it.... So.... Just incase you see anyone else with almost the same question, ask them if they have the Unlocked Settlement Objects...
