Fallout 4 keeps launching in windowed mode

Fallout 4 keeps launching in windowed mode and I don't know how to make it fullsreen.

The game worked fine yesterday, but today it doesn't want to run in fullscreen for some very bizarre reason.

I'm booting it from the Fallout 4 script extender launcher, because a few of the mods I'm using require it.

Not sure if you are using Fallouts 4 official Launcher from Bethesda, if you are using Mods or anything try disabling them and launch the game just normally with the Official Launcher then check the Resolution settings I'm pretty sure you can change between FullScreen and Windowed in there, also if that doesn't work try doing some custom config as provided in this link - https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=551485571
