I have both PS4 and gaming PC and was wondering which will run Fallout 4 better based on my PC specs. I prefer PC for mods and whatnot, but I'm wondering strictly about performance here so please don't talk about the other advantages of PC gaming as I'm fully aware.

My main concern is whether my graphics card will run it as well as PS4 as i have a 2gb GTX 960. See specs below:

AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core 3.5 GHz (4.1 GHz Turbo)
16 GB DDR3 RAM
ZOTAC GeForce GTX 960 2GB 128-Bit DDR5
128 GB SSD

I play both on a 47inch 1080p TV. Thanks for the advice!

Your card will run it just fine at the highest settings at 40+ fps (I believe the PS4 version runs at 30 fps). You should sit on 60 fps but with dips to 40-50. I don't think your CPU should be an issue so I'd say get the PC version. You could drop the settings slightly and probably get 60 fps if you wanted to.

I have a friend who runs Fallout 4 on 1080p @ High Settings no problem, 60 FPS most of the time. Of course, there are occasional FPS dips in very detailed areas. I would definitely go for the PC Version
