Fallout 4 performance degrading

Basically my fallout 4 game runs like a charm . I get about 50 to 55 average FPS in the most crowded areas and 60 FPS on most other areas . Until the game starts stuttering all over the place.

I checked my ram usage and pagefile usage and it was using 4.8 GB of ram out of ram ( I have 6 GB so it wasnt maxing that out ) and the pagefile usage was also normal.

This usually happens after about one hour of playing the game . So after one hour of great performance the game starts stuttering really badly and I need to restart it.

While this isn't game breaking since you should technically take a break after about every hour gaming I am wondering if there is anything I can do to reduce it .

My specs :

i5 4460 , r9 270x , 6 GB of CL7 1600 mhz Ripjaws ram.

You might be onto something .

I will check my VRAM usage and report back,

It is very possible that is the issue since my textures are at ultra and I am using TAA.

The game starts stuttering even with 1.3 Gb of VRAM used and onlt 4.8 GB out of 6 GB of ram used.

I dont think I can do anything for now . I will add 4 more GB of ram totalling 10 GB soon and will see if that helps it .
