Fallout 4 pirated vs legit copy performance

Hey guys!

I've downloaded a pirated Fallout 4 (PROPHET version), but I'm not pleased by how it runs on my PC
I've tried everything, downloaded the latest patch, updated my Catalyst driver, deactivated all the useless background processes, lowered my settings (godrays off, AA off, etc.) but still experience huge FPS drops in random areas

Specs:
- Intel Core i5-4760
- 16GB RAM
- ASUS R9 290X 4GB
- SAMSUNG EVO 840 120GB SSD
- Windows 7 Ultimate

I know the game has issues with AMD hardware because it's an nVidia title, but is there any chance that it'll run better on my PC if I'll buy a legit copy?
