Fallout 4 random crashes and often blue screens.

So for the past 3 day my Fallout 4 has been crashing to desktop without any error message and sometimes blue screening. I have tried LOTS of methods such as - Fixing C: drive, Reinstalling, turning off all mods and one by one to find a fix, running the game on lower settings e.t.c When the game had 0 mods installed and it was fresh it didn't crash for a good play time, and after adding mods again it started slowly after a while. It's really annoying as i don't wanna play without mods. Any help would be appreciated thank you.
SPECS: GTX 960 Windforce 4GB/AMD FX 8320(NOC) 8GB VIPER RAM 4X2/ Corsair 550V/970A-UD3P MOBO/WIN10

Update- I have played maybe 1-2 hours of missions and have not crashed once other than twice due to fault AK47 muzzle mod. I have no idea why it is running better, but as always its likely to happen again down the road, so im no getting my hopes up.
