Fallout 4, Skyrim and a few other games freezing.

My current system is an:
AMD 6300
Gigabyte GA-990FXA-ud3
16gb (2x8gb) Kingston hyperx fury @1866mhz
Sapphire Nitro+ R7 370 4gb
Solid Gear neutron series 650w psu

So I primarily game on my system, but I've always has very odd problems with a select few games.
All of Bethesda's games released since fallout 3 to Skyrim special edition have had the same error when playing for more than anywhere from 5-40 mins.

While playing the game will freeze and not respond, and over my speakers there will be a mid toned buzz for a max of 5 to 7 seconds, then go to a higher pitched buss that gradually gets louder until I force shut down my computer.

This particular error requires me to restart my computer as I said but it's only with select games and no other applications, these games include fallout 3, fallout 4, Skyrim, Skyrim special edition, battlefront II, and grand theft auto V.

I used to be able to play certain all of these games, the error seems to have started in October, given I went into a dry patch of playing my computer from august till October.

Any ideas, theory, or fixes would be greatly appreciated!

update: i switched out my psu with a 750 Watt and problem persists, but my computer is functioning better because the previous one was beginning to fail.
