Fallout 4 Stuck Floating.

So as you are reading this I'm tabbed out of my game waiting for a response. I was playing Fallout 4, and I forgot to save while going through a tunnel, I won't say which unless asked because I don't want to spoil anything. When I activated a terminal and left it seemed like I was floating, I can move my head but my gun is stuck in position and can't move my character. So basically I'm wondering if any of you know a command where I can move my character out of the wall somehow.

can you use quick travel or will that screw up your quest?

Check to see if there is in-game support or something like a /stuck command.

Try enabling no clip mode. Then see if you can get out. Save first though.
I think the command is tcl
use ~/` to open the console

also you can try teleporting, but i would first try no clipping.

Teleport
coc <cell edid> - Teleports the player to the specified cell. For example, to teleport to the Pre-War Sanctuary Hills from the beginning of the game type coc PreWarSanctuaryExt01
