Fallout 4 wont play on 4K TV

I am trying to play Fallout 4 on my 4k TV off my Predator Gaming laptop. I have to resolution of the computer set to 1920x1080 and well as Fallout 4 itself. Fallout 4 starts fine but when i load into my last save, a few seconds later it freezes then crashes to desktop without any error's. Playing it on just my laptop works fine.
