0x7e code doesnt mean that you have virus, its from race condition...
try checkin you disk drives first, do that on all your drives

check s.m.a.r.t. info for your drives with apps like CrystalDiskInfo

next step would be checkin if your OS is not corrupt
for that you will need commandline with admin rights
press Win + R on keyboard and type in cmd, then press OK while holding Shift + CTRL
type in:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
if it says corruption detected, type in:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Hi again! thx for the help so far! I checked the disk drive for errors and did not find any on my 3 hard drive and I checked the s.m.a.r.t. info and it looked good I have uploaded all the test to imgur if u wanna take a look. Did the OS test and it did not find any corruption or errors. This is such a unique problem only two games when lunch in fullscreen reboots my pc every other games works great. Thank you so much for taking your time to help me! really appreciate it.

So I have found something I Can play full screen at 1080p and 1440p but everytime I try 4k pc reboots. Can play skyrim and red dead 2 at 4k no problem only fallout 4 and 76 this occurs to.

A virus shouldn't be the issue. Please give details of what kind of reboot are you getting, if we are talking about a shut off like if PC was disconnected and automatic power on it could be a problem like PSU, GPU, drivers, etc.

Make a stress test like AIDA 64 or OCCT and see if reboots happen at 100% load.
