fallout 76 insane bottleneck

i have just bought fallout 76
and i was expecting to be able to run it fine but to my suprise i was getting a huge
bottleneck and i was hoping to get some help

i forgot to say i was getting 25- 30 on the very lowest settings with about
16% gpu usage and about 40% cpu

my specs:
i5 4460
8gb ram
1050 ti

i think nothing else really matters but if you need more i will say

Use Task Manager and Resource Monitor to observe your system's performance both while not gaming and then gaming.

Look for other bottlenecks.

actually dont worry i have just fixed it i went into the nvidia control panel and set open gl renderer to my GPU so its fine now
