FAllout new vegas mods

Anyone know some good mods?
Also are there any compatibility issues with a requiem to the capital wasteland?

Requiem for the capital wasteland is very very cool but it is definitely a bit buggy. I had to download several package fixes for it to work all the way and even then I still have a few missing meshes and so forth but only on the DLCs and nothing to bad.
-Freeside Liberty Loft (or something along those lines) adds a very cool condo to one of the buildings in Freeside just outside of the strip. (very very cool)
-Also I really like some of the weapon mods (personal preference) like SR-25, Scar, R700 and so on
