false paypal claim?

i have recieved a claim that i didnt send the order. i did and i have proof and sended it to paypal that i did.
i have no money in my paypal, and got a claim. what do i do?
the buyer said *item not recieved you send to the wrong address*
but i sended it to the address in paypal

Contact Paypal , if you had the right address they might be trying to SCAM you.
