fan adapter for computer

need a fan adapter that is 60mm to 70 mm. cant use anything larger then 70mm because of space. any ideas

I think your best option for a full adapter would be to make your own from thin plate metal, otherwise just attach the fan by zip ties to the grill of the case through the screw holes
