Fan and Coil Whine

Hey everyone, i'm having a problem with my 980ti,

Now I Know what coil whine is and I know that my card has it bad when ever i run games that get super high frame rate.
how ever when I've started to hear a new problem, when ever my GPU Fans are On, it sounds like its producing coil whine. It sounds almost the exact same.

Now, when I'm playing a game, and then the fans cut on the problem amplifies.

i7-4770k
1050HX Corsair PSU

The simple solution if you are not happy with the 980ti card.
Is to Rma the other card back to the place where you bought it from.

It will still have a warranty on it, just explain the reasons why you are not happy with the current 980TI card you were sent.

And ask for a like for like replacement, or one of a different brand name that equals the price of what it cost for the brand of 980Ti card you bought.
