Question fan at max speed for GPU right after window logo show up.[not in bios]

hello guys so i was play gta5 and rnadomlly a big noise started.. i think it it GPU as i can see the noise coming from there i think... when system was rebooting and antivirus checking for boot viruses no noise was coming, but right after system started after bios into the window password logo, boom the max speed and noise starts again... idk what to do im a bot

and ive tried to disconect all parts and clean them up no difference made.. it even smell like a burnt cable for some reason
