I was trying to lubricate my gpu fan bearings when my gpu fan blades just broke off,, will i still be able to use it with 3 missing blades or will i have to buy a new fan? Any help appreciated, Thanks!

Solution
With broken fan blades, you can sometimes get away with (not recommended) breaking off the blades on the opposite side of the fan, to keep it in balance, roughly. I had a friend do this, and it did technically work. Temps will suffer though. And in your case, it will not work. 3 missing blades would require at least 2 more broken, which is going to be enough of the fan blades missing that you will not be able to keep the GPU temps in check, and it will overheat and slow down to protect itself. 2/9 missing for my friend was enough to push the temps into concerning territory, more is not going to work.
Generally, fans have an odd number of blades. Anything less than what it came with will be off balance, leading to early bearing...

I suppose on a 9 blade fan, you could break off every 3rd one (and grind the stub flush with the hub) and maybe have some semblance of 'balance'.
And thereby reducing the effectiveness a lot.

Solution
You could always try using super glue. There isnt a lot of pressure. Yes a new fan would be ideal, but if youre just trying to get by it will be fine.

As mentioned above being off balance with cause noise and durability issues.

Also I've never once heard of anyone lubricating their fans.

This is true. However, that GPU was used afterwards for at least 3 years, and still works today. I have it somewhere as a backup if needed. Still not recommended though.
