fan blow direction

i have 2 fans in my case and one is blowing outside and one inside.I want to change the blowing direction of 1 fan and i dont know how to do it, do i just turn the fan around ?

Why would you do that? Air needs to flow thru the case - in the front/bottom, out the back/top.
