Fan boost amd 18-6600k apu with radeon HD graphics

Hello if i turn fan boost in CCC to %100 its hurt my pc in any way? cos when i take it to %100 my pc making to much sound i m k with that if not harm come to my pc (i do it cos i open my pc like 7-8 days for downloads) any one can help me?
