I am planning on adding 3 more fans to my case ( i have 1 right now) and I am wondering can I have 4 case fans with my motherboard (H81M-DG4) and I want to have full control of every fan.
Also I am considering a CPU cooler becuase the stock one isn't doing very well and I have the extra money. My current CPU is i5 4460.
I just want low temps while gaming.

Solution
1. Phanteks right now has the best fans on the market, taking the crown away from Noctua some years ago. If you take the Noctua fans off a Noctua cooler, and replace them w/ Phanteks, temps drop by 6C at the same 1200 rpm. If you let the Nocs go to full speed, (1500 rpm), the Phantekls still keep the CPU 3C cooler.

Here's silentpcreview.com's top 10

Phanteks PH-F140HP/TS
Noctua NF-A14 FLX
Noctua NF-A15 PWM
Noiseblocker B12-2
Noctua NF-P14 FLX
Scythe Gentle Typhoon 120-12
Noiseblocker M12-S1
Corsair AF120 Quiet
Corsair AF120 Performance
Thermalright TR-TY150

2. As for having full control .... do you mean individually...
What is your case and what size fans are you looking for? Also what's your budget? My go-to fan brand is noctua they aren't pretty and are expensive but they do a good job. That said I'm currently using corsair 140s at pretty low speeds that keep everything nice and quiet.

I am getting an S340 in a week.
My budget is 100$, CPU fan isn't really important rn
And i think that 90mm ones will do just fine

2. As for having full control .... do you mean individually as in 4 fns at different speeds or controlling all 4 fans at the same speed ?

3. Your MoBo has

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157586
1 x CPU Fan Connector (4-pin)
1 x Chassis Fan Connector (4-pin)

A 4-pin header does not necessarily mean it's PWM fan; we have never built a box w/ a MoBo in this proce range so I don't wnat to guess what features it provides... read your MoBo manual. Typically however, at least in the > $100 price range, both PWM or DCV control is provided in the BIOS since the Z97 platform arrived.

4. Your CPU cooler should be plugged into the "1 x CPU Fan Connector (4-pin)" and controlled via that fan header with whatever options are provided via your MoBo utility. All MoBo manufacturers have such a utility tho I don't know if it can be enabled on that board.... again this will be defined in your manual.

5. For the (4) case fans, you can drive (4) fans off a single MoBo header provided you don't exceed the header's 1 amp rating. Four Phantels 140mm 1200 rpm fans would 0.56 amps well below what I'd like to load a header at with a 1200 rpm fan (0.83 amps to allow for inrush current). You can control these fans using a Phanteks Hub.

Again, it will work with either a PWM or DCV signal from the MoBo header and with just the (4) fans, you do not need to connect the auxillary power cable.

EDIT:

The S340 case has

120mm Fans
Front: 2 x 120 / 140mm
Top: 1 x 120 / 140mm (1 x 120mm included)
Rear: 1 x 120mm (included)

I know Im gonna sound like a fanboy here but I would suggest ... if you didn't already buy the case .... (not sure if you meant "my existing case" or "my planned case" .... that, before pulling the trigger, you take a look at the Phanteks Eclipse P400S Silent Edition that all the review sites are raving about...It comes with more fans, equipped for "silent running", built in LED system...and it comes with two Phanteks fans included ... 5 year warranty, multiple color and color combo options, tempered glass side panel, greater GFX card and cooler options and to my eyes, far better aesthetics ... and it's cheaper.

Most of all it comes with two "best on market" fans.
