Specs:

14900K
360mm AIO mounted at the top of the case (exhaust)
Corsair 7000D airflow - notice that this case has dust filters on the front and side opening ... So I should probably get high static pressure fans ? (does it even matter?)

------------------------------------------------------------------

( I am looking at PWM ARGB fans)

I have two options:

1- Buy 4 high quality / high CFM / high static pressure 140mm fans and put 3x in the front(intake) and 1x at the back (exhaust), and make them spin faster and do NOT install any fans at the side opening.

2- Buy 4 cheaper 140mm fans and install them like (1) + 4 cheaper 120mm fans, install them at the side opening(all 4 intake) and make them spin slower.

......

How would YOU buy case fans for this setup ?

The front and side of the case will dictate that you're fans are in intake when you're using dust filters.

High static pressure fans are needed if you're slapping them on a radiator or an cooler. I your instance you need high airflow fans, for both front and back.

this comes with 3x 140mm PWM aRGB fans doesn't it;
1x rear exhaust, 2x front intake?

if so, just add an extra 1x to the front.
or even just move that rear fan to the front and save a few bucks.

if not, got with your option (1).

i would usually rather have some positive pressure inside the case to prevent as much dust as possible from seeping in through cracks/spacing in the structure.
the radiator fans may end up running at very high RPMs at times so maybe run the front fans at higher RPMs to try and offset the exhaust as much as possible.

not sure exactly how modular this case is,
but try removing as much PSU shroud as possible(to prevent front intake from being trapped and dispersed here)
and block that open side panel as much as possible(to prevent front intake from being removed here before having any affect on the rest of the system).
