Fan configuration? HELP

I just bought the case that is pictured. There is one rear fan. One at the top and 2 spots at the front of the case. I plan to have the 2 at front intaking fresh air. How should I configure that back 2. I hear all the time that positive pressure is better. Then I will hear the exact opposite. I just want the coolest temperatures possible. I will be using the stock amd cooler ( I know that if i was the coolest temp I should not use the OEM cooler. but I am on a budget and I can trim a few buck using it. ) So Fan configuration tips please. The rear top should blow air out. The rear one should definitely be an exhaust too. You want air in the front and pulled out the back. It's what will work best and no need to complicate it. Even with the amd cooler, follow as I said.
