The fans I chose are not PWM. I got an Asus Maximus 7 hero MOBO and (I think) all its fan headers are 4 pin PWM.
1.What would happen if I used the non PWM fans? Would everything work correctly?
2. What are the disadvantages? Are there ANY advantages?
3. Would my MOBO be able to handle 2 x 200 mm fans with a Y splitter? What about 2 x 140mm or 2 x 120mm fans?
