Fan Control Speed

The main ideea is this: My motherboard was not giving enough RPM's to the CPU's FAN and I had to step in and modify... I want to make this right and I need some advice about how I should set up this properly: http://i.imgur.com/KnSDvFc.png

The CPU is a i7 7490.

Mine is setup to be on the Intel Stock Fan:
50% 40 degrees although my god damn cpu keeps resetting it to 20% Have to find a solution one day
60% 50 degrees
80% 70 degrees
100% 80+ degrees
