I have

Motherboard: ASUS TUF B360-PLUS GAMING ( has 2 fan channels)
PSU: Sursa Seasonic S12II-620 Bronze 620W
PC Case: Carcasa Zalman Z3 Plus

Problem:
The case has 4 fans.
The back fan has a 3 pin connector - I can connect it to the motherboard - no problem.
The front fan has a molex connector - I can connect that to a molex connector from PSU - no problem.

The rest of the case wires(coming from fan controller) are 1 molex (guess its for the fan controller) and 1 3 pin connector - which if I connect on the motherboard 1 fan fan from above goes on.

But the Molex connector has ALSO two 3pin MALE connectors. And here is the problem. I don't have ANY 3pin female connectors on PSU/etc.

Any suggestions please?

Here are some photos of what I am talking about:
The back fan and its 3 PIN connector, connected on the motherboard:

The front fan has a molex and I can connect that to a PSU molex. So no problem there.

But now I also got this 3 PIN fan connector that goes in the motherboard, if I plug this one in the motherboard one fan from above the case starts.

Here is the main problem, one molex (which again I can also connect to the PSU molex) and 2 x 3PIN male connectors. I don't have any 3 PIN female connectors anywhere to connect these.

Seems the two fan's above both have 3 PINs connectors so not just one. I plugged the back side fan into the motherboard, the front side fan to molex as that was its only connector available AND the 2 fans above connected to the motherboard - 1 to cha_fan 1 and the other to AIO PUMP FAN because I only have 2 x cha_fan's slots on the motherboard.

BUT, my questions is what does those 2 x 3PIN near the molex shown in the photo do? What are those for? Would that molex go in the fan controller and the two 3 PINs connected if connected would power the above fans and let them be controlled by the fan controller?
