Fan controller question?

I purchase 4 Corsair Air Series SP120 Quiet Edition fan, I want to know if I have water cooling system, do I need a fan controller or fan controller's software will be fine? In addition, my computer case is Corsair 600t speical edition:

It own a fan controller; so how is it compare to fan controller?😀

The case fan controller is designed for a total of four fans. The case comes with four fans but the controller will be able to control most types of fans that are connected to it, as long as it is not more than four fans in all.

Yes there is, but the mobo software for controlling the fans seems to work well for case fans, leaving the case fan controller open for radiator fans.
